Event Guarantee

Once an order has been placed, we will send you an art proof for your approval. You will not be charged for your order until you have approved your proof and the final total of your order.

Rush Orders
Though we list standard production times on our site, most of our products are available with rush production. Just let us know your event date and we'll work to get your order to you at the best price possible.

Product Guarantee

Free Samples
We encourage you to ask for samples of our products before you order. Please keep in mind that requested samples will add time to the overall process of placing and completing an order. We will send you as many as four free samples per order placed. All you pay is S&H. Some limits apply. Please call for details.

We will provide up to 5 free art proofs for your approval before production begins. We have an incredible art department who will make sure to help you with all of your artistic needs.
