Special Notes
Exact color match is not guaranteed. Lineart is recommended. For longer life for your battery, upgrade to the AAA mercury-free alkaline battery; not replaceable.

Additional Charges
Setup Fee
New orders include a setup fee of $50.00 per color per side. No reorder fee for exact reorders if ordered within 24 months.
Cancellations
There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $45 charge if the order is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.
Additional Options
10X Magnifier
Add a 10X magnifying lens to you pocket lights for only $1.50 each. Aids in the detection of head lice, and the identification of other types of dermatosis. The magnifier can be easily removed, allowing the light to be used for other examination purposes.
Candlelight Attachment
For $.25 each, customize your pocket lights with the candlelight attachment.
Cobalt Blue Filter
For just $.70 add a Cobalt Blue Filter to your pocket light. Useful in detecting certain optical and dental conditions in patients.
Comb / Magnifier
Add the Comb/Magnifier combination to your pocket light for only $1.50. Effective in the detection of head lice, and the identification of other types of dermatosis, the convienient comb lifts and separates hair for more efficent observation. It is ideal for veterinarians or pet owners to use when examining pets for ticks and fleas. The attachment can easily be removed from the light allowing it to be used for other examination needs.
Dental Mirror
Add a dental mirror to your pocket lights for just $1 each. A necessity for oral exams, Its angled design makes it easy to examine around and behind teeth, gums and the recesses of the mouth. It can be removed from the light, allowing the light to be used for other examination needs.
Otoscope
Add an otoscope to your pocket flashlight for only $3.00 each. With its small,lightweight design, the otoscope is the perfect travel bag companion. The replaceable speculum is autoclavable. The otoscope can easily be removed from the light allowing the light to be used for other examination needs.
Padded Envelope
Add an individual padded envelope for only $.75 each, including insertion and sealing.
Tongue Depressor Attachment
For just $.40 each, add a Tongue Depressor Attachment to your pocket light. Perfect for use in the office or to take along on hospital rounds. It makes oral exams easier by putting the the tongue blade and light in one hand. The attachment is removeable, making the light a versatile examination tool. Tongue blades are not supplied.
Ordering Details
Art Preparation
Prices shown include preparation of straight line copy set in our standard typestyles and placement of customer supplied logos in an appropriate digital format. If special layout, trademarks, or typestyles are required, layout is billed at $60 per hour. If reproduction grade black and white art or digital file is furnished, no art charge will be added. Note: reproduction grade refers to copy of type, logo and/or imprint, ready for reproduction without additional touch up.
Production Time
Production time is approximately 5 - 8 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production times shown are not guaranteed. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department.
Shipping
We require a signature on all deliveries. Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Some larger orders may be shipped by trucking line. If you have a specific in-hand date for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department with the details. Faster delivery service is available at an additional charge for most products.
Over / Under Run
An over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.
Imprint Colors and Surface Colors
We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and surface colors. For example, specific colors will vary depending on what type of product it is printed on, the color of the product, and the printing process that is used. With most products, printing within one or two shades of a specific color is deemed industry standard. Surface colors may vary as well. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts during production runs, and between separate production runs.
