Special Notes
Wash all drinkware in warm soapy water before using. Handwash only; dishwasher may damage and greatly reduce the life of your mug. Do not immerse in water or use bleach or detergents using chlorine to clean. For products made with stainless steel do not microwave. Use of a microwave may result in fire or damage to mug and/or microwave.
Halftones not available. An exact color match is not guaranteed. Two-sided and wraparound imprint available on tumbler with two colors max. Three colors available on one side only.
In multi-color designs where it becomes necessary to register one color next to another, there is the possibility of misregistration amounting to approximately .015625”, depending on the size and shape of the ware being decorated. This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable. Tight registration could require the use of a decal. Additional charges will apply.
PMS colors are not guaranteed to match. Wraparound imprint on mugs may distort near the parting line. Some geometric shapes and logos may be distorted due to product shape. Technical restrictions prevent the exact centering of some artwork on the sides of our mugs. It should be understood that some artwork will not appear as centered as others.
Most drinkware is measured as filled to brim. Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume of drinkware, and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume.
If this item is intended for distribution in California, a Proposition 65 warning sticker may be required. During checkout, please indicate if your order will be distributed directly or indirectly in California. We will add $.15 per item as a label application fee. Alternative decorating methods may be available, though the warning sticker may still be required. Please contact Client Service with questions.
Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match.
Additional Charges
Setup Fee
New orders include a setup fee of $50.00 per color. No reorder fee for exact reorders if ordered within 24 months.
Cancellations
There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $45 charge if the order is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.
Additional Options
Full Color Gift Box Label
Make your promotion pop by adding a full color label to your gift box for $.75 each plus a $50 setup fee.

Art Preparation
Prices shown include preparation of straight line copy set in our standard typestyles and placement of customer supplied logos in an appropriate digital format. If special layout, trademarks, or typestyles are required, layout is billed at $60 per hour. If reproduction grade black and white art or digital file is furnished, no art charge will be added. Note: reproduction grade refers to copy of type, logo and/or imprint, ready for reproduction without additional touch up.
Production Time
Production time is approximately 10 - 15 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production times shown are not guaranteed. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department.
Shipping
We require a signature on all deliveries. Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Some larger orders may be shipped by trucking line. If you have a specific in-hand date for your order, please contact our Customer Service Department with the details. Faster delivery service is available at an additional charge for most products.
Over / Under Run
An over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.
Imprint Colors and Surface Colors
We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and surface colors. For example, specific colors will vary depending on what type of product it is printed on, the color of the product, and the printing process that is used. With most products, printing within one or two shades of a specific color is deemed industry standard. Surface colors may vary as well. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts during production runs, and between separate production runs.
