I assume you’re talking about our small quantity pad printed coasters. Provided your artwork doesn’t give us trouble, we have a pretty fast turn-around time on those. It typically takes us a day or two to get your art proof back to you for approval. Once you approve, production time is about 5-9 working days. I also usually figure 3-5 days to ship, although we can certainly get expedited shipping costs for you as well. Unfortunately, there really isn’t a rush service available on these coasters as the production time is already pretty fast.

When you’re ready to order, you can either call our client services representatives at 866-618-3471 or place your order on-line. If you go on-line, you need to let us know when you need the coasters by. You can put that in the “Additional Instructions” box. We would need to have quality artwork to make the process even faster. We prefer vector art, such as a CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator files, although we can probably work with a high-resolution jpeg. If you don’t have a “logo” but just text, that’s easy as well.
