The Need for Static Cling
Thursday, May 31st, 2007
When video post-production house HDMG needed invitation reminders for their upcoming Help Do More Good party and silent auction for a Twin Cities’ non-profit, they chose Absorbent, Ink. for the job. They wanted a product that would not only remind guests of the party but also be used to advertise Help Do More Good. They found the perfect product in our 4” square Static Clings. “We rubber stamped the party info on the paper side of the cling, and sent them in funky recycled kraft envelopes,” said HDMG’s art director, Angella Kassube. “They were well received.” What a great idea!

The times they are a-changin’. In an effort to reach a younger audience, Island records will re-release Bob Marley’s Exodus on USB Memory Stick and Micro SD Card.To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the album, the 4,000 USB sticks will be available in the Rastafarian colors of red, green, and gold. I know Bob was a visionary but he would have never thought of this. Nope. He would have gone one step farther and released it on one of those awesome pens where you pull it apart only to find a USB stick. Kinda like this
Pat asked: I have an idea for a product. Is this something you can develop for me? It involves some type of adhesive bandage.
