Our production managers are sticklers for minimum orders, so as much as I’d like to waive the minimum order on a case-by-case basis, they won’t let me. But if you must order the minimum 36 or 50 bottles, you can put the extras to good use.

We do have some sports bottles that have fairly low minimum orders. For example the 22 oz Extreme2 Sports Bottle has a minimum order of 36 and the 16 oz Deluxe Koozie Mini Sports Bottle with Sport Top has a minimum order of 50 pieces. You said you need about 20 bottles for your son’s baseball team, so that would certainly give you a few extra.

You could always sell the extras to family members and friends for a “fun fund” for the team. Or you could even give them to some of those loyal fans who go to all the games as a little reward for their support. Have the team members show off their bottles to their friends for some free marketing. “Like my bottle? You can get one just like it from Amy.”
